I, Dr.Samuel Prapthik ., MDS( Orthodontics)., FICOI( Implantology), started the Kristelle Klear Aligner system.

In 2011, I first started my dental clinic in Tuticorin, Tamilnadu – Dr. Stephen Memorial dental clinic and later Sam’s Dental Lounge, Coimbatore. As a person specializing in orthodontics, I correct smiles through various methods like fixed appliances (fixed clip), myofunctional appliances and aligners in my clinic and a consultant for a few other dental clinics across Tamilnadu.

What I noticed was that convincing a patient for an aligner was not easy. Though aligner systems had many advantages comparatively, the cost of aligners played a significant role which meant aligners were meant only for the affluent, rich and NRIs.

SO I WANTED TO MAKE ALIGNERS AFFORDABLE

After almost a year of research, Kristelle Klear Aligners was started as a full-fledged aligner laboratory attached to my dental clinic in Coimbatore – Sam’s Dental Lounge.

How did we come up with this name?

It is actually the combination of my 2 daughter’s names

KRISTINE + MICHELLE = KRISTELLE(crystal)

KRISTELLE(crystal) KLEAR( clear) ALIGNER

As of now, Kristelle Klear Aligner laboratory caters to dental surgeons across Tamilnadu and Bangalore.
